Atomic habit says if you want to develop a
new habit break it into small parts. It means you have to do 10% of your task
each day adding 10% to it as you move on. For example you will complete your
10% reading today and the next day you will do the rest of the 20%.
Successfully formed a new habit. Not only
studying but also you can form any other habit with this trick but remember to
be constant doing this.
Start with an incredibly small habit. Make it
so easy you cann’t say no. increase your habit in very small ways. As you build
up, break habits into chunks. When you slip, get back on track quickly, be
patient.
