Nelly    : Good morning mam!

Eka      : Good morning! How do you do?

Nelly    : How do you do.

Eka      : Sit down please.

Nelly    : Thank you.

Eka      : Are you ready to start the interview?

Nelly    : Yes.

Eka      : Could you tell me about yourself?

Nelly    : Yes, of course. My name is Nelly Saputri Manalu. I was born in Rumaijuk, 06 September 2010. I graduated from Politeknik Negeri Medan, Banking and Finance Program Study.

I have one brother and four sisters.

I live at Jl. Berdikari No. 106 Padang Bulan Medan.

Eka      : You apply for a customer service, why you interested in this position.

Nelly  : I’m really interested in this position, because I have very good skills , and during I studied at  POLMED I have learn all thing related to customer service.

Eka      : oh, really. What do you know about customer service?

Nelly    : as I know a customer service has many duties, they are answering and addressing complaints via phone, in person, via email, fax, and live chat over the internet. Giving information to the customers, handling customer transactions, accessing customer accounts to get , give and analyze information to the customers.

Beside that a customer service also have responsibilities such as make sure the customers satisfied with our information and services, performing credit checks and so many others.

 Eka     : Are you used to working as a part of a team?

Nelly    : yes, I can working as a part of a team and individually.

Eka      : Do you have working experience?

Nelly    : No. but when I studied in POLMED I have job training in BRI.

Eka      : Why do you want to work for this company?

Nelly     : as I know BNI is a bigger one bank in Indonesia. And this company is familiar with the  good services. So I want to work in this company.

Eka      : That’s right. Well, I think that’s all for today. Do you have any questions?

Nelly    : Yes.

If I could know, how much your company pays for a person who works as customer service?

Eka      : Rp 1,000,000

Nelly    : What facilities  does your company provide?

Eka      : Nothing. Just the salary.

Nelly    : Oh,, thanks.

Eka      : Thanks for today. Nice to talk with you. We will call back you again.
