Mari tengok sejenak berapa biaya perawatan PASIEN COVID-19?

- Aturan Satuan Biaya Penggantian Untuk Biaya Perawatan Pasien Covid-19.
Sesuai SK Menteri Keuangan Nomor S-275/MK 02/2020 Tertanggal 6 April 2020.
- SK ini jadi patokan Pihak Rumah Sakit untuk mengajukan klaim ke Kementrian Kesehatan. Pemerintah akan mengganti Biaya Perawatan Covid-19 di Berbagai Rumah Sakit.

- Biaya Perawatan Pasien Covid-19 Tanpa Komplikasi:

1. Ruang ICU dengan Ventilator: Rp15,5 Juta/hari
2. Ruang ISOLASI tanpa Ventilator: Rp12 Juta/hari
3. Ruang ISOLASI Tekanan Negatif dengan Ventilator: Rp10,5 Juta/hari
4. Ruang ISOLASI Tekanan negative tanpa Ventialtor: Rp7,5 Juta/hari
5. Ruang ISOLASI Non Tekanan Negatif dengan Ventilator: Rp10,5 Juta/hari
6. Ruang ISOLASI Non Tekanan Negatif tanpa Ventilator: Rp7,5 Juta/hari

- Golongan Pasien Covid-19 yang Memiliki Komplikasi atau Penyakit Penyerta sebelumnya. Seperti Jantung, Ginjal, Hipertensi, Diabetes, Paru-Paru, Hepatitis B dan penyakit lainnya.

1. Ruang ICU dengan Ventilator: Rp16,5 Juta/hari
2. Ruang ICU tanpa Ventilator: Rp12,5 Juta/hari
3. Ruang ISOLASI Tekanan Negatif dengan Ventilator: Rp14,5 Juta/hari
4. Ruang ISOLASI Tekanan Negatif tanpa Ventilator: Rp9,5 Juta/hari
5. Ruang ISOLASI Non Tekanan Negatif dengan Ventilator: Rp14,5 Juta/hari
6. Ruang ISOLASI Non Tekanan Negatif tanpa Ventilator: Rp9,5 Juta/hari

Asumsi sederhana:
Satu pasien dirawat selama (minimal) 14 hari = Rp105 Juta (Biaya Terendah)
                                                                                         Rp231 Juta (Biaya Untuk Pasien Komplikasi)

Itu yang ditanggung negara. Belum termasuk yang ditanggung keluarga.

Gimana bila pasien (maaf) meninggal dunia?
Pemerintah akan menanggung biaya pemakaman, yang jika ditotalkan di kisaran Rp3,36 Juta

Rinciannya Rp3,36 juta itu sbb:
1. Pemulasaran Jenazah: Rp550.000
2. Kantong Jenazah: Rp100.000.
3. Peti Jenazah: Rp1.750.000.
4. Plastik Erat: Rp260.000
5. Disinfektan Jenazah: Rp100.000.
6. Transport Mobil Jenazah: Rp500.000.
7. Disiinfektan Mobil Jenazah: Rp100.000.

Mari berlomba-lomba dan bersama-sama mencegah penularan penyakit Covid-19 agar tidak makin meluas.

NB; Bagaimana bila tidak ditanggung pemerintah? Misalnya dirawat di Rumah Sakit Swasta, karena tidak mendapat rujukan ke Rumah Sakit Pemerintah?
Meski Pemerintah sesuai instruksi Presiden Joko Widodo sudah menetapkan Pandemi Virus Corona sebagai BENCANA NASIONAL, yang seluruh biaya perawatan pasien di Rumah Sakit ditanggung Pemerintah, akan tetapi yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Swasta tetap harus dibayar pihak keluarga.
Estimasinya biaya? Kisaran di angka; Rp500-an Juta

Renungan Untuk Selalu Semangat

MENANG ATAS DOSA

Sebab aku tahu, bahwa di dalam aku, yaitu di dalam aku sebagai manusia, tidak ada sesuatu yang baik. Sebab kehendak memang ada di dalam aku, tetapi bukan hal berbuat apa yang baik.
Roma 7:18 (TB) 

Di dalam kedagingan kita sebagai manusia yang berdosa, kita tidak mengetahui apa kita perbuat karena bukan apa yang kita kehendaki yang kita perbuat melainkan yang kita benci oleh sebab dosa yang ada di dalam kita.

Maka itu Hukum Taurat diberikan Allah kepada manusia sebagai aturan bagi manusia karena di dalam manusia itu sendiri tidaklah ada suatu kebaikan.

Batin kita memang menyukai hukum Allah tetapi kita sendiri menyadari anggota-anggota tubuh kita tetap berjuang melawan hukum lain yang bertentangan dengan hati nurani, yaitu dosa yang selalu membelenggu kita.

Sesungguhnya kita adalah manusia celaka di dalam tubuh maut yang layak dimurkai Allah. Namun Yesus Kristus, Tuhan menyelamatkan kita sehingga walaupun masih dalam tubuh yang berdosa kita dilayakkan untuk melayani Allah.

Hidup setiap hari adalah pergumulan dalam memilih dan mengambil keputusan-keputusan. Kesulitannya adalah status kita masih berada di dalam daging yang lemah. Kita disadarkan untuk melakukan kehendak Allah namun seringkali kehendak daging kita yang akhirnya kita putuskan untuk lakukan.

Diperlukan bekal dan persiapan rohani yang cukup untuk bisa memenangkan kehendak Allah dalam hidup kita.

Semakin banyak kita mengisi diri dengan segala hal tentang Dia semakin kita beriman dan diberi kekuatan untuk menang atas dosa di dalam kedagingan kita.

Demikian juga sebaliknya, semakin kita mempersempit ruang untuk Allah hadir dalam hidup kita maka semakin besar juga dosa akan menang menggurita dalam hidup kita.

Alangkah sayangnya jika waktu hidup yang singkat yang diberikan Allah dalam hidup, kita sia-siakan untuk diisi hanya  dengan bekal-bekal jasmani yang tidak bernilai kekal. Selain membuat kita semakin lemah dalam iman, juga akan semakin menjauhkan kita dari Allah sumber kehidupan itu sendiri.

Kristus telah memenangkan kita dari maut. Tinggal kita sekarang, maukah kita memperjuangkan tubuh kita ini agar menang dari kelemahannya terhadap kenikmatan (sementara) dosa?

Tetap datang padaNya, mohon diberikan bekal dan senjata Roh, setiap waktu, bukan hanya jikalau perlu.
Karena dosa mengintai sewaktu-waktu menunggu saat dimana kita lemah dan terjatuh.

Sebab kita membutuhkan alarm pengingat dari Allah ketika dosa itu mulai hadir, supaya kita segera bertindak membangun kekuatan menghadapinya atau pun berlari menjauhinya.
