TO
BE GOOD AT SPORT
To be good at sport you have to train regularly and often.
A good training programme has many kinds of exercise. For example, a boxer will
lift weights to make his arms strong. He will also go jogging in order to make
his legs strong. A swimmer will go jogging as well. You also need strong legs
to be a good swimmer.
If you train hard and correctly you will improve. One day
you will join a competition and you mat lose. Very soon you will win more and
more contests. Winning is good for motivation and leads to further success.
Pretty soon you will want to be best in your area. Next, you will want to the
best in city, and then country and finally the world.
